Leidos has multiple Targeting Officer positions in Northern Virginia. Candidates must have or be able to attain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph examination and be willing to work a weekly rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Targeting Officers guide and monitor the execution of collection operations, integrating the collected data into a cohesive intelligence narrative. They communicate regularly to a wide audience of stakeholders, both in written reports and in verbal briefings. They identify gaps in information and proactively address those gaps.

• Deliver concise briefings to stakeholders.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and work in high‑stress environments.
• Experience with targeting tools, databases, all source targeting methodologies, and different intel sources.
• Ability to manage taskings and maintain information flow across multiple organizations.
• Valid driver’s license with Real .

Bachelor’s degree and at least 8–12 years of full‑time professional experience. Candidates with a Master’s degree are highly desirable with 6–10 years of experience.
