Duties
Serves as Program Coordinator and Senior Advisor for the Division. Plans, coordinates, and guides the daily workflow of civilian and military personnel within the division to ensure effective mission accomplishment.
Manages sensitive inquiries and complaints placed in the Air Mobility Command (AMC) Inspector General (IG) Complaints Resolution Program in accordance with current Department of Defense and Air Force Instructions.
Establishes and oversees Air Mobility Command's Title 10 U.S.C. Section 1034 (Whistle blower Protection
- Reprisal and Restriction) Complaint Resolution Program.
Develops and implements major command-wide policies, guidance, and procedures for Complaints Resolution Program.
Manages the MAJCOM Inspector General (IG) official records Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Privacy Act (PA), and Official Use Request (OUR) programs.
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
