Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments, injuries, or movement disorders. The PT develops individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring function, reducing pain, and improving mobility and quality of life.

• Conduct patient assessments and physical evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Perform manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards

• Degree in Physical Therapy

• Valid professional registration/licensure

• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
