Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist License is Required to Start the Assignment

• BLS Certification from AHA Required

• 1+ Years of PT Experience Required

• Outpatient Orthopedics Experience Required
