Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a PRN position at an in-house skilled nursing facility in Freeport, IL. The successful candidate will assist in planning and directing Speech Language Pathology services in compliance with applicable standards.
Responsibilities include providing quality therapy services, developing treatment plans, and instructing staff and families in speech-language procedures. A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and an active SLP license are mandatory.
