Deaconess - 325 Spring Street - Responsibilities:
Administers therapeutic procedures in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as directed by the physical therapist;
Identifies patients in need of re-assessment or intervention;
Routinely collaborates with the physical therapist regarding the plan of care;
Supports the physical therapy team during treatment sessions;
Maintains accurate documentation of therapy activities as assigned
