Job Summary

The Safety Professional role is primarily responsible for providing technical safety and health-related support to DT Midstream Operations and projects personnel to foster a Safety-First culture.

A Safety Professional I will perform most of these duties at an entry level.

• Administer and maintain existing safety & health programs, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare safety-related reports and presentations.
• Develop and present safety related training and educational programs.
• Interact with project site personnel to ensure compliance with regulations and DTM’s expectations.
• Assist in the administration of industrial hygiene-related activities.
• Operate a company vehicle and use other means of travel to reach locations safely.
• Provide day-to-day support for third-party inspection personnel.
• Conduct Vendor safety pre-qualification analysis.
• Support Operations to develop and provide pre-shutdown deliverables.
• Support Operations Safety Committee.
• Conduct investigations for events involving DTM and Contractor personnel.
• Provide deliverables for pre-bid and pre-construction meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s in Occupational Safety & Health
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Leve II - 3 years' experience

• Master’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health
• Certifications (CSP, ASP, OHST, etc.)

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to function in a matrix organization in which functional and business leaders have equal authority within the organization and employees report to both a functional leader and a business leader.
• Desire to develop and maintain productive relationships for the purpose of strengthening the company’s safety culture.
