Position Overview

We are a home care aide services agency that has been in business since 2007 and help elderly people stay safe and well in their homes. We provide home care services in 15 states and offer same day pay options for our caregivers. This is a long‑term Personal Care Aide position located in Golden Eagle, IL. The job starts soon and requires a flexible 15‑hour per week schedule that must be adhered to once agreed upon.

Paid at $25 per hour: $21 per hour base plus a $4 per hour bonus if all scheduled shifts during a pay period are completed.

• Assist an elderly male Veteran with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking to maintain independence at home.
• Support the client’s daily activities and safety while respecting their dignity and preferences.

• Experience as a caregiver is required; training on specific duties will be provided.
• A background check will be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must obtain a TB skin test if not recently completed. The test can be taken at a local County Health Department or a CVS Minute Clinic; proof of completion must be submitted.

15 hours per week; schedule is flexible but employees must keep agreed times consistently.
