Dialyze Direct brings a gentler, more effective treatment to the geriatric population, which vastly improves their quality of life. That's why we work with skilled nursing facilities to design and build customized Dialyze Direct home dialysis dens within the building — a first-to-market approach that benefits all involved:
Patients receive shorter, gentler and more frequent treatments, more closely mimicking the function of healthy kidneys. Patients experience decreased recovery times and a dramatic improvement to their quality of life. Our nurses are highly trained and have a specialized skill set in dialysis, resulting in exceptional levels of compassionate care.

Submission Requirements:

• 1 year or more current dialysis experience - required
• Copy of current, valid driver license - required
• Geriatric patient experience - required
• CNN or CDN certification - preferred
• Crown Web EMR experience - preferred
• BSN preferred
• Agency Illinois license required for this need - please upload with profile. This is a license the agency procures. Thank you! No RTO can be approved since this is a MWF schedule only.

Certification Requirements:

• BLS (AHA)
