Lead enterprise-level inventory operations, including procurement processes, formulary alignment, and perpetual inventory accuracy.;
Oversees controlled substance programs, diversion prevention efforts, and compliance with DEA and institutional policies.;
Leads system-wide medication safety initiatives, including risk mitigation, error prevention, and safety education.;
Oversees hazardous medication handling protocols, environmental monitoring, and spill response programs.;
Leads departmental training and ensures full compliance with USP , OSHA, and institutional safety standards.
