Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Activity Aide to help enrich the lives of our residents. This role plays a vital part in creating engaging, meaningful daily experiences that promote social interaction, enjoyment, and overall well-being.

As an Activity Aide, you will help bring joy and connection to our residents through thoughtfully planned programs and one‑on‑one interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate group and individual activities based on residents’ interests, needs, and care plans
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the activity calendar
  • Encourage resident participation in programs and social events
  • Support Resident Council and coordinate monthly meetings
  • Complete required documentation for admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Follow all facility policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in a social or recreational program in a healthcare setting (preferred)
  • Compassionate, energetic, and resident‑focused attitude
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
