You’ll deliver exceptional ABA services, guide RBTs in their growth, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure each child receives comprehensive, high-quality care.

- Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress
- Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision
- Complete and submit required documentation, including, but not limited to, SOAP Notes, Evaluations, Progress Reports in accordance with practice guidelines
- Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care
- Maintain targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
- Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
- Experience working in a clinic setting
- Your ability to mentor and develop RBTs and future BCBAs
- Your collaborative spirit and willingness to work as a team
- Your passion for working with children with special needs
- Your dedication to quality outcomes through education, training, and development
- Your receptiveness to feedback and commitment to personal and professional growth
