PRN COTA or Occupational Therapist

Our Therapy department delivers occupational therapy interventions that support patients in regaining or improving functional abilities for daily activities. Works under the direction of an Occupational Therapist (for COTA roles) or independently evaluates and develops treatment plans (for OT roles) to maximize patient independence and outcomes.

Market Range:

For COTA applicants: $30.00 - $45.00 / hour

For OT applicants: $44.00 - $66.00 / hour

Position Requirements:

• Current IL license in good standing
• BLS or willingness to obtain
• Ability to frequently walk; stand; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• For COTA
  - Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• For OT
  - Fifth year college or University program certificate.
