- Medication Therapy Management: Review patient profiles and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective medication therapies.
- Medication Safety: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety standards, monitoring for potential drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
- Clinical Support: Assist in the development and implementation of medication protocols and policies, working closely with other healthcare professionals to improve patient care.
- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
- Licensure: Active Illinois Pharmacist license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure).
- Experience: Experience in a hospital, retail, or clinical setting preferred, but we are open to both experienced and new graduate pharmacists.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
