Position Title: Patient Care Tech

Department: Operating Room Silvis

Employment Type: Full time

Shift: Day Shift (1st shift 7am-3:30pm, rotating weekends and holidays)

As a patient care tech at Mercy One, you will participate in the provision of safe, quality patient care as delegated by the Registered Nurse through support of standards and philosophies of Genesis Medical Center. You will provide assistance to nursing staff and physicians in various patient care and non‑patient care activities, perform tasks efficiently that support customer service, and assist with department‑related housekeeping, supply/equipment/facility maintenance tasks.

• 1st shift (7am-3:30pm)
• Full time .8 (32 hours a week)
• Rotating weekends
• Rotating holidays

• No experience required
• Special Training:
  Basic Life Support

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Pay Range: $16.06 - $23.29 per hour. Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
