Position Overview

We are seeking Licensed Therapists (LCSW only) to join our clinical team in Illinois. The role involves delivering high‑quality behavioral healthcare to adults and child/adolescent populations using a fee‑for‑service productivity model.

• Work closely with adults and child/adolescent populations.
• Collaborate with a clinical team to provide evidence‑based care.

• Active Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license, in good standing.
• Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with adult and child/adolescent populations.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Willingness to participate in a productivity‑based model.
