• Assess patients’ physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and adjust rehabilitation programs to promote functional recovery
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and modify goals as appropriate
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and self-management
• Ensure safe patient handling, and adherence to infection control and charting standards

• Availability for a day shift travel assignment
• Ability to work in an inpatient/acute care setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to follow billing and documentation procedures
• Eligibility to work in the United States
