About the Role
Please note before applying for this position, you must hold an active license to treat in Physical Therapy in addition to any other degrees or certifications. Cherrelyn Healthcare Center, a Stellar Senior Living community, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. In this hands‑on role, you will work directly with patients to improve strength, mobility, and quality of life in a 176‑bed skilled nursing environment.
This is a full‑time, individual‑contributor position in Littleton, CO, offering competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
- Deliver personalized rehabilitative therapy to residents.
- Guide patients through tailored exercises to enhance mobility, balance, and strength.
- Track and document progress to inform care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy goals and home exercises.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment.
- Adhere to all healthcare and safety standards.
- Stay current through ongoing training and professional development.
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license (required).
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (including Associate’s Degree).
- 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply).
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Physical ability to support patient mobility and lift equipment repetitively.
- Hourly pay: $45–$48 DOE, paid biweekly.
