Advent Health Hospice Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to support our Great Lakes region hospice team in Hinsdale, IL. This PRN role involves one day per week with orientation to the day shift, focused on maximizing patient comfort and quality of life.
The APRN will assess, plan, and implement nursing care under licensed physician supervision, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, and ensure accurate documentation and education for patients and families.
