Occupational Therapist - Location/Work Environment:
In‑facility - Reporting Structure:
Reporting to Director of Rehab - Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions tailored to each patient.
- Design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance patient physical abilities and independence.
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet the evolving needs of patients.
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals to support comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
- Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice.
Posted Salary Range: USD $38.00 - $48.00 /Hr.
