Physical Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Silvis Center Rehab and Care in Silvis, Illinois. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and helping them achieve their goals.

• Assist licensed physical therapists in conducting patient evaluations and developing treatment plans
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a physical therapist, including exercises, stretches, and modalities
• Provide patient education and training on proper techniques for exercises and daily activities
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in patient care conferences and staff meetings to ensure collaboration and best practices

• Associate s degree in Physical Therapy Assistance or related field
• Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant (new graduates welcome to apply!)
• Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Illinois
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

• Competitive hourly rate: $30 - $32
