Hospital Insurance Biller
The Hospital Insurance Biller is responsible for obtaining payment for hospital and provider services through accurate and timely claim submission, insurance follow-up, denial management, and patient account support. This position works closely with insurance carriers, patients, and internal departments to ensure claims are processed efficiently and outstanding balances are resolved.
Full-Time Days
High School Diploma or GED required; one year of medical billing, insurance billing, or related healthcare business office experience preferred.
$18-$27/hr - Actual rate will be determined based on years of applicable experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, computer proficiency, ability to manage multiple priorities, knowledge of insurance claims processing and follow-up, problem-solving skills, and ability to learn various healthcare software programs.
