Oversee controlled substance programs, diversion prevention, and compliance with DEA and institutional policies;
Conduct advanced audits and operations reviews to advise on inventory integrity analytics, cost containment strategies, medication shortage mitigation, and supply chain resilience;
Lead system-wide medication safety initiatives, including risk mitigation, error prevention, and safety education;
Facilitate root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
