Job Overview

We are a home care aide services agency, operating since 2007, that supports elderly individuals across 15 states. We are looking for a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male veteran client in Du Quoin, IL with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking, enabling him to maintain independence at home.

• Assist client with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Help client with bathing and morning shower routines.
• Assist with walking and mobility within the client's home environment.
• Maintain a supportive and respectful environment at all times.

• Prior experience as a home caregiver or personal support worker.
• Ability to work flexibly; the schedule is 10 hours per week with a commitment to agreed shifts.
• Valid background check clearance.
• TB skin test required prior to starting employment (you may obtain the test at a local health department or CVS Minute Clinic; we will reimburse the cost).

Paid at $25 per hour (base $21 plus a $4 bonus for meeting all scheduled shifts). The position offers same‑day pay options and flexible scheduling.
