Clinical Informatics RN

Overview

Provides hands-on Epic support in a hospital and clinical environment. Works collaboratively with the Quality team to onboard new employees and assist with quality nursing and employee health functions as needed, including data reporting and production.

• Provide Epic support in a hospital/clinical setting.
• Collaborate with the Quality team to onboard new employees.
• Assist with quality nursing and employee health functions, including data collection, reporting, and production tasks.
• Support system implementation and workflow analysis as part of clinical informatics and healthcare technology initiatives.

• Education:
  
  BSN required; master’s degree in nursing informatics, healthcare informatics, information systems, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience is also preferred.
• Experience:
  
  minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience; prior experience with EHR systems, clinical informatics, healthcare technology, quality improvement, or project management is preferred.
• Desirable: experience with system implementation, workflow analysis, and clinical training.

• This is a salaried, full-time, benefit-eligible position with typical hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (flexible options available).
• Starting pay begins at $38.09 per hour and increases with experience.
