As the Nursing Home Administrator

- Lead and manage a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality care
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and family members to ensure seamless transitions and exceptional patient outcomes
- Analyze and report on facility operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Oversee the development and implementation of the facility's mission, vision, and values
- Manage staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed
Conduct routine inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and standards - Collaborate with the medical staff to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Participate in budget planning and management, ensuring fiscally responsible decisions
- Nursing Home Administrator license or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior-level management or administrative role in a healthcare setting
