MLR is seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is a Full Time position with competitive pay and a sign-on bonus. • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapies and ensure safe, effective drug use.
• Provide clinical pharmacotherapy expertise and participate in patient care rounds and care planning.
• Monitor, evaluate, and resolve medication-related problems; counsel patients on medications as appropriate.

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited program.
• Active pharmacist license in Illinois, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Prior clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
