Physical Therapist (Outpatient – Northwest Suburbs)

Hourly Pay Range: $38.67 - $59.94 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

We currently schedule patients one on one for 45 minutes, with efforts made to keep patients with the same provider from start to finish. For new grads, and those with less than three years' experience, we offer mentorship to ensure you have a great start to your career. We accomplish this by utilizing our many specialized therapists who teach at local universities. They provide mentorship within our residency and fellowship programs. While our primary population of patients is orthopedic physical therapy, we also offer Occupational and Speech services.

We offer specialties in hand, neuro, vestibular, pelvic health, pediatrics, and lymphedema.

• Provide evaluation, treatment, and follow-up services to physician-referred patients
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing

• License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL
• Education: Graduation from a program in physical therapy approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of The Medical Association or the American Physical Therapy Association or its educational equivalent, or The Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association
• Certification: CPR certification required
