The University of Utah Huntsman Cancer Institute seeks a technical candidate to perform microinjection of RNA and DNA into zebrafish embryos to help characterize a tumor model of childhood central nervous system cancer.
The role includes screening fish for tumor formation, conducting qPCR, Western blot, and immunohistochemistry on tumor samples, and maintaining zebrafish lines. Training will cover molecular biology techniques and bioinformatics for gene identification.
