Respiratory Therapist

Job Summary:

Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) is sought for a facility located in SILVIS, Illinois. This position involves providing specialized respiratory care within a neonatal intensive care unit setting. The role requires delivering high-quality patient care during night shifts and contributing to a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support neonatal patients' respiratory needs.

• Schedule:
  
  Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of
  
  Experience:
  
  Valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) registration, Pediatric Neonatal Intensive Care experience preferred, at least 3 years of relevant experience, with the ability to work night shifts starting 08/02/2026
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience in neonatal intensive care units and advanced respiratory life support certifications
• Float:
  Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information:
  Responsibility includes assessing neonatal respiratory status, implementing ventilator management, and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. The position may involve handling complex neonatal ventilation devices and adhering to facility protocols and safety standards. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical skills, flexibility, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
