Behavioral Health Therapist

Carlinville Area Hospital & Clinics is seeking a compassionate, collaborative Behavioral Health Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll provide patient-centered behavioral health services that support the mental and emotional well‑being of individuals across our hospital and community. You'll conduct assessments, provide therapeutic interventions, coordinate care, and help patients navigate their journey toward improved mental health.

$28.00–$46.00/hour, based on applicable licensure, certification, and years of relevant experience

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Current Illinois LCSW, LCPC, LMFT
  , or equivalent licensure (or ability to obtain within the required timeframe)
• Clinical behavioral health experience preferred
• Experience working with adult or geriatric populations is a plus
• A passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral healthcare
