What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and compliance
• Review and dispense prescriptions while ensuring accuracy and legality
• Manage medication inventory, storage, labeling, and expiration control
• Counsel patients and provide medication guidance
• Maintain patient medication records and pharmacy documentation
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Fraud Waste & Abuse, and all federal/state regulations
• Supervise Pharmacy Technicians, including scheduling and performance support
• Maintain operational efficiency and quality patient care standards

What They're Looking For:

• Current PharmD license required
• 3–5 years of retail pharmacy management experience
• Strong retail pharmacy operations background
• Experience using pharmacy patient management systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage staff, workflow, and compliance responsibilities
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing fine motor tasks
