Hospital Registrar
A Hospital Registrar is responsible for managing the administrative and registration processes for patients entering a healthcare facility. This role involves greeting patients, collecting personal and insurance information, and verifying the accuracy of data entered into the hospital's electronic health record system. The Hospital Registrar ensures that all necessary documentation is completed and processed efficiently, including obtaining consent forms and verifying patient identity.
They also handle financial transactions, such as co-pays and deposits, and provide information about hospital policies and procedures. Additionally, the Hospital Registrar plays a key role in facilitating smooth patient flow and ensuring a positive first impression of the hospital.
Hourly range $15.00- $22.50
High School Diploma or GED required
