Hamilton Memorial Hospital District in Illinois is seeking a full-time Certified Coder in our Health Information Department. The coder reviews, analyzes, and codes diagnostic and procedural information to determine Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance payments.
The primary function is ICD-10-CM and CPT coding for reimbursement. Requirements include an Associate Degree in Health Information Technology with RHIT preferred, or at least one year hospital coding experience with CCS credentials
