As a Medication Aide / Med Tech
, you'll help residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while supporting their daily needs.

Responsibilities include:

Assist residents with medications according to Virginia guidelines

Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and other daily needs

Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the care team

Work closely with nursing and resident care team members

Provide friendly, compassionate customer service to residents and families

Participate in resident activities as needed

Current Virginia medication aide/medication administration certification or required medication training

Must be at least 18 years old

Senior living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care experience preferred

CNA/PCA experience is a plus

CPR/First Aid certification preferred or required based on state regulations

Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented

Able to meet applicable background and company employment requirements
