Activity Director

Job Summary:

The Activity Director at Silvis Center Rehab and Care is responsible for creating a dynamic and engaging activity program that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our residents, staff, and families to design and deliver activities that meet their unique needs and interests.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement a comprehensive activity program that is tailored to meet the diverse needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and address the social, emotional, and physical needs of our residents
  • Recruit and supervise activity assistants and volunteers to support the activity program
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and vendors to secure resources and activities for our residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the activity program and make recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of activity participation and outcomes
