• OVERSEE SOCIAL SERVICES PROGRAMS
  :
  Develop, implement, and evaluate social services programs to meet the unique needs of our patients and their families.
• LEAD AND MANAGE TEAM
  :
  Supervise and mentor a team of social workers, counselors, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and support.
• COORDINATE CARE PLANNING
  :
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients.
• ENSURE COMPLIANCE
  :
  Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards related to social services in healthcare.
• FACILITATE COMMUNICATION
  :
  Serve as a liaison between patients, families, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and care coordination.
• DEVELOP AND MANAGE BUDGET
  :
  Develop and manage budgets for social services programs and ensure fiscal responsibility.

• EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS
