Our Symbria Rehab Team in West Dundee, IL is looking for its next employee-owner to join a collaborative, resident-centered senior-living community. As a PTA with Symbia, you will:

• Partner closely with the Physical Therapist to carry out individualized treatment plans
• Deliver purposeful, engaging interventions that support mobility, strength, and daily function
• Build supportive, trusting relationships with residents and their families
• Document treatments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain productivity expectations with integrity and compassion
• Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team that values your input and clinical skill

Every session you lead helps an older adult regain confidence and independence.

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Active or pending Illinois PTA license
• A heart for serving older adults
• Experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehab is helpful—but not required
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
