Additional Information About the RoleBJC Health Care is now hiring a Full-time MRI Technologist at our Alton Memorial Hospital location.
Position Details:
- Sign-On Bonus $5,000 (for eligible applicants)
- Full-time (Days)
- 12 hour shifts, 3 days per week
- Monday, Thursday Friday
- 6:30 a.m to 7:00 p.m.
- Call Rotation Required (Every 5th Weekend 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
Willing to cross train in MRI!! (Must be R.T. (R) registered if not (MRI) registered)

Twin Rivers MRI is located within Alton Memorial Hospital. Twin Rivers has some of the newest technology available today, and is one of three in the St. Louis and IL metro region to house a 3.0 Tesla MRI unit. This MRI unit is a powerful imaging system
Preferred QualificationsRole Purpose
Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.
