As an Assistant Dietary Manager at Accolade Healthcare of Savoy, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our dietary services department. This includes:

• Supervising a team of dietary staff to ensure that patients receive high-quality food services and excellent customer service
• Coordinating menus, food preparation, and delivery to meet the nutritional needs of our patients
• Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and services

• Assist in the development and implementation of dietary services policies and procedures
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and care
• Conduct staff training and provide coaching to improve performance and skills
• Monitor and control food costs and inventory to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
