About the Role:As an Assistant Dietary Manager at Accolade Healthcare of Savoy, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our dietary services department. This includes:
- Supervising a team of dietary staff to ensure that patients receive high-quality food services and excellent customer service
- Coordinating menus, food preparation, and delivery to meet the nutritional needs of our patients
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and services
- Assist in the development and implementation of dietary services policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and care
- Conduct staff training and provide coaching to improve performance and skills
- Monitor and control food costs and inventory to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
