Location: Pittsfield
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care in Illinois is seeking a Medical Records Clerk to maintain resident medical records in accordance with state and federal regulations. You will ensure the accuracy and proper management of records from pre-admission to post-discharge.
Ideal candidates have two years of medical records experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC, knowledge of ICD coding, and strong written and verbal communication. RHIA/RHIT preferred; professional image and teamwork are valued.
