Hire Resolve is assisting healthcare organisations in hiring experienced healthcare professionals for a range of mid–senior level opportunities across acute, outpatient, rehabilitation, and specialist care settings. This is a multi-role opportunity covering several clinical functions, including senior nursing practice, allied health delivery, specialist patient management, and clinical/team leadership.
These roles are designed for professionals ready to take on broader clinical accountability and progress toward senior clinician, clinical lead, and service leadership roles.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe, evidence-based, patient-centred care aligned with scope of practice, clinical guidelines, and facility protocols
Manage complex patient assessment, care planning, intervention delivery, and outcomes evaluation within your clinical discipline
Provide clinical leadership within a ward, clinic, theatre, diagnostic service, community programme, or therapy team (role dependent)
Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams to support escalation, discharge planning, and continuity of care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, handovers, and reporting in line with organisational standards and confidentiality requirements
Support patient safety, infection prevention and control, medication safety (where applicable), and clinical risk management
Participate in clinical governance activities, including audit support, incident reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with local regulatory and accreditation expectations relevant to the facility and profession (e.g., CBAHI standards where applicable)
Supervise, mentor, and support development of junior clinicians and students; contribute to competency and skills development
Contribute to service improvement initiatives that enhance patient experience, safety, and clinical outcomes
