• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments and follow-ups in a manner that is professional, courteous, and respectful
• Ensure timely arrivals and departures to minimize wait times and optimize schedules
• Emphasize good time management and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient transportation services
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and report any issues or concerns to supervisors
• Represent Vandalia Healthcare & Senior Living in a positive and professional manner at all times
