Private Practice Clinical Supervisor

• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians
• Support and participate in therapist onboarding, development, and retention success
• Maintain high standards of ethical, evidence-based care
• Assist clinicians with treatment planning, documentation, and case consultation
• Maintain a clinical caseload of approximately 20–25 sessions per week
• Foster a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive clinical environment
• Support expansion efforts related to the upcoming Gurnee location
• Work directly with ownership and leadership to support therapist development, clinical excellence, and culture growth

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
• Active Illinois license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD)
• Experience with assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
• Experienced clinician who enjoys mentoring and supporting therapists
• Approved supervisor status
• Experience supervising or leading clinical teams preferred
• Outpatient, group, or private practice experience preferred
• Familiarity with insurance and community resources preferred
• Expertise with children, couples, and/or neurodivergent populations preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• In-person availability at the Deerfield/Bannockburn office
• Ability to maintain approximately 20–25 clinical sessions per week

Demonstrates expertise in clinical supervision, treatment planning, and ethical evidence-based care while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment for therapist development. Holds an active Illinois license and possesses strong leadership and mentoring skills to support clinical excellence.
