Staff Therapist

Firefly Wellness is hiring for a full-time LCPC or LCSW to join our growing Hinsdale practice and immediately inherit 6-10 weekly client appointments from an established caseload. Since 2017, Firefly has provided high-quality counseling services to individuals and families throughout the western suburbs of Chicago. We are seeking a clinician comfortable providing care across the lifespan, from adolescence through adulthood.

At Firefly Wellness, therapists are supported so they can stay focused on clinical work rather than building a caseload from scratch. We provide consistent referrals, administrative support, and a collaborative team environment grounded in high-quality care.

As our practice continues to grow, clients will have access to integrated services including therapy, psychiatric medication management, ADHD evaluations, and cognitive testing—all within one coordinated system. This model supports continuity of care and stronger clinical outcomes for both clients and providers.

• Provide individual therapy to adolescents, young adults, and adults
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with colleagues and psychiatric providers as needed
• Maintain ethical and professional standards consistent with Illinois licensure requirements

• LCPC or LCSW required
• Experience with adolescents, college students, and young adults
• Comfortable treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions
• Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based treatment approaches
• Polish and Spanish speaking clinicians strongly encouraged to apply
