Position Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for providing assistance in all dietary functions as directed and instructed by the Dining Services management team.
Overview Franciscan Village - Lemont Server - PT 330p-7pIn this role, you will be responsible for providing assistance in all dietary functions as directed and instructed by the Dining Services management team.
Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities- Serve meals to the residents and set the table in the dining rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness of production areas including but not limited to vents, fryers, flattop, range, steamers, ovens, refrigerators, coolers, and storage areas.
- Bus dining room as needed and send dishes through the dishwashing machine.
- Wash pots and pans as needed.
- Put clean dishes away in appropriate places.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
- Dispose of garbage appropriately.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.
- Education:
High School Diploma/GED - Licenses/Certifications:
Serv Safe certification if required - Experience:
None required; 1+ years of dining services experience preferred - Skills & Abilities:
Exceptional customer service skills - Min: USD $18.00/Yr.
