Summary
The Event Operations Attendant is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of event spaces to ensure successful execution of meetings, banquets, conferences, and special events. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring rooms are properly arranged, equipment is functional, and event standards are met.
* Set up event spaces according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and diagrams
* Arrange tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, podiums, linens, and décor
* Ensure proper placement of signage and directional materials
* Monitor events to respond to layout changes or operational needs
* Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms, hallways, and storage areas
* Assist banquet and catering teams as needed during events
* Break down event spaces and return equipment to storage
* Safely transport equipment using carts and dollies
* Report maintenance or safety concerns immediately
* Follow all safety, fire code, and company procedures

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous banquet, event, or hospitality experience preferred
* Ability to read and interpret room diagrams and event orders
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
