Starved Rock Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality leader with outstanding hospitality expertise to step into a General Manager role. This individual will drive operational excellence, elevate guest experiences, and lead teams with confidence and integrity.

- Lead Daily Operations:
Oversee all departments including retail, food & beverage, lodging, guest services, and maintenance to ensure smooth, high-quality operations - Drive Financial Performance:
Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls to meet revenue and profitability goals - Support & Develop Leaders:
Partner with and support department managers to help them succeed, providing coaching, guidance, and resources while fostering accountability and strong team performance - Enhance Guest
Experience:
Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service and product quality across all areas - Ensure Compliance & Safety:
Maintain adherence to company standards, safety programs, and all regulatory requirements; serve as Responsible Safety Officer - Partner with Corporate & Stakeholders:
Collaborate with corporate leadership and park partners to address challenges and implement best practices
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or multi‑unit operations
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&Ls, and driving profitability
- Ability to lead in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with a hands‑on approach
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
- Strong focus on guest service and team development
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
- 5–7+ years of management experience in hospitality, retail, or multi‑unit operations
