• Cleaning rooms and bathrooms, ensuring the perfect maintenance of the room's general state according to Inter Continental standards.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of blankets, mattress pads, pillows, duvet covers.
• Cleaning your hallway and office.
• Refilling your cart with linens and welcome products.
• Responsible for the equipment provided: vacuum cleaner, carts, cleaning product bins.
• Report any anomalies in your service to the housekeeper.
• Return any items left by guests in the rooms.
• Maintain correct and courteous relations with customers while remaining discreet.
